During this month, both our stores will be holding Chocolate Appreciation classes.  

For the serious Chocolate connoisseur, Chris and Tina will talk about the cocoa plant and production all the way to how to taste and enjoy couverture.  

Spaces are limited, so bookings are essential. Tickets are $15.00 but will ensure you will walk away with equal value in chocolate!

The Melbourne Food & Wine Festival is quickly approaching and for the first time ever, Chocolatina (as we like to call her) and Maddy have spread their wings and left the Xocolatl nest for a few nights.  

The event, The Green Cacao Pod, is a collaboration between the sisters and talented British young chef Douglas MacMaster.   Held during the festival period, the 'pop-up' will be held at Flaunt, Richmond for 3 nights only where the will "flaunt" their skills in 8 course tasting menu matched with cocktails.
